Standard Procedures

In this section I will go over some more detail about certain services.

Web Services

All prices are set by estimates of what it would take to perform the duties that they define. All services are given a reasonable amount of time to accomplish each task, but sometimes there are delays due to how complex the request is or extra modifications and changes. If doing a job takes longer than anticipated, Lynchware will charge an additional $20 an hour. Extra time only gets charged once the job goes over and additional hour. After the initial hour the customer gets charged by the minute.
Example: extra hour and 15 minutes = $25 extra.

Print Services

With any print service you have a choice to either just pay for the design or pay for the design and printing. This is up to you. If you just choose to pay for the design. I will send you your file in a PDF format or the original document format, whatever you choose. If you choose to get it printed, I will still send you the document plus, I will print them out and mail them to you at whatever the cost is to do it. I print all of the documents at Office Max Impress. Their prices could change over time, I will try to keep the site updated with current prices.

Standard Pricing: all prices are set based on a certain amount of time. Any time over the estimate will be charged an additional $15 an hour. Below is the estimated time for each service

1. Brochures - 2 hours
2. Business Cards - Plain = 1.5 hours; Pro = 2.5 hours
3. Calendars - 1 hour
4. Flyers - 2 hours
5. Greeting Cards - if straight from template cost = $9.50. If modified $15 an hour more.
6. Labels - half an hour for each amount.
7. Logos - more than 10 hours.
8. Post Cards - 15 minutes
9. T-Shirts - everything is charged based on $15 an hour labor.
